We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items from the date of delivery. Approved returns will be refunded as a Velvaton Gift Card for future purchases on our website.

PlNo, we do not offer an exchange policy. You can request a return and use the issued Velvaton Gift Card to purchase another product.

To request a return:

  1. Email support@velvaton.com with your order number, issue details, and clear photographs of the product.
  2. Our team will review your request and notify you within 3 business days.
  3. Approved returns must be shipped back using a trackable method, with the shipping cost borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a Velvaton Gift Card via email. This card can be used to shop for any product on our website.

No, we do not issue refunds in cash or to the original payment method. Refunds are provided exclusively in the form of a Velvaton Gift Card.

We do not accept returns for:
  • Accessories and small products.
  • Final sale or discounted items.
  • Customized items.
  • Items damaged through improper use or washing.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method, as Velvaton is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

Orders are processed quickly, so once placed, they cannot be modified or canceled. For assistance, contact us within 24 hours at support@velvaton.com if your order was placed on a weekend or holiday.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection. Approved returns will be processed, and a Velvaton Gift Card will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days.
When shopping on our website, enter your gift card code at checkout. The card’s balance will be applied to your order total. and If you lose your gift card, please contact support@velvaton.com with proof of your return and card details. We’ll do our best to assist you.
