Fast Domestic Shipping within Canada

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is verified, it will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). During busy periods such as year-end holidays or sales events, please allow up to 72 hours for processing.

Delivery times within Canada usually range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note, during peak times or special product launches, shipping times may vary.

We partner with top carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure the best delivery service. You'll be notified with an estimated delivery date during checkout and will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Please remember, shipments are only processed on Canadian business days.


International Shipping

We offer fast international shipping through top carriers for customers outside of Canada.

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Velvaton is not liable for any shipping delays or issues caused by customs processing, natural events, or transportation strikes, nor for any additional fees, customs charges, or back-end costs once the package has left Canada.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Customs Information

Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that Velvaton is not liable for any customs charges, delays due to customs processing, or issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before receiving your tracking number.

Misplaced or Lost/Stolen Packages

Velvaton is not responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the tracking number indicates successful delivery and the shipping address provided at checkout matches the destination address, we cannot be held liable for any issues related to misplaced packages.
